at the start let me say that I once and for my ever-growing camera equipment
Was looking for transport. As several backpacks came into question for me.
I then decided to go on the off chance for the Tamrac.
In the Tamrac fit with proper division:
Main area:
(Real)
1 * Nikon D80 + BG + 70-200 VR + 2.8 Geli
1 * Nikon SB 900 at 90 ° head tilt with attached pedestal
(Measured)
1 * Camera of approximately 15 cm wide and 15 cm height without lens (eg D700, 12.1 cm high, 14.6 cm wide, with BG should (!) It still fit)
1 * lens without Geli, eg 24-70 (~ 8.3 cm diameter, 13.3 cm height ~) (As it looks with Geli I do not know, but could fit, as about 10 cm of space for the width of a lens is available.
1-2 * div. Accessories (battery charger, cable ...)
Inner zippered pockets:
Memory Card, bayonet cap, ABetterSelfbuildBouncecard, batteries for flash, 77mm filter Lenspen
and and and ...
Laptop compartment:
13.3 "Laptop (more critical) and div. Cable
Front pockets:
not in use
Especially:
A soft case for large lenses can be fine on the tripod mounting points (as the 70-200) mooring)
So, as you see, you have a lot of space reserves. In addition, the Expedition 6 is not such a monster as the Expedition 8 and you can open it even when kneeling and use. (If it is placed on the knee)
The only drawback I could find is that the elastic chest belt is torn, which does not impair the function of the chest strap. However, this is due to self-indebtedness.
All in all a top product.
