The case made a strong impression and seems to be made of one piece. Only the edge is (nonsensically) made of white plastic. This looks at a new device even from very chic.
The familiarization on android struck me as moderate, so I'm here but not to incorporate in my assessment, since there is a "server problem" is.
The positive thing is that the battery still holds as long as the first day, but since I use the phone heavily, I invite it on every day, that was with my iPhone but also otherwise.
The negative is that, unfortunately, there has been for some months to massive losses in the processor speed. To me it is now only possible with very very very patient to use Google Maps. The card can be very jerky move / zoom.
In general, it comes several times a day before that after completion of a program of "desktop" completely black and remains until all apps need to be reloaded. This then takes at least ten seconds. But the funniest part is that the camera has a few weeks without function.
Yes, I have all the updates and let close regular background programs ;-)
Unfortunately, the end of the contract will take another six months! Since I generally got along better with iOS, an iPhone it will be again. I'm not an Apple fanboy, but can say from experience that even my old (2009) iPhone 3GS was faster across the board than this one. My 4S was towards the end of a bit slower (iOS optimization for the newer models, be that old bit slower), but not so blatantly lame as the HTC.
Generally kan I only advise the HTC One Mini because me my device very disappointed. Incidentally, the plastic edging is now so disfigured by several cracks that I can forget about it, ever sell in good conscience. My iPhones were the same strain (per mobile life approximately six falls :-)) still in good condition.
EDIT 30.03.2015 .: The camera goes again! Not even able to walk properly broken HTC :-)
