Jerry Seinfeld has no musical part on this album, rather to whales and Jerry entertained between tracks on topics from the life what the next song then relates directly. The entire album is about life as an entertainer to the good side of it, but especially to the dark side. And so it goes, for example, in tracks like "The Middle Finger" to dealing with negative criticism and people begrudge the success or in a "White Shoes" as it is today can all Sneakers that you could not have at that time and whether this fact makes really happy and it was worth it to be so at the time been unhappy. But the main aspect of this album is the search for the woman for life is and this seems difficult to reconcile with the life as an entertainer to be compatible, as in tracks like "The Girls On Drugs", "The Need To Know" with the wonderful SZA and "Matrimony" where he is supported by Usher Raymond portrays. Musically this album is absolutely strong and whales is mainly on lesser-known producers and as guests, in addition to Usher and SZA already mentioned, even J. Cole and Stokey Williams at the start.
My abolutes highlight is the complete album per se, because this album has a common thread, which has always been lacking in recent albums by whales to me. In addition, I am a big fan of Jerry Seinfeld and the same series. That's why I did not expect much of the album, and these expectations were absolutely exceeded. By Skits from the conversation between whales and Jerry, as well as skits from the series, you get somehow more related to the songs and the whole album. Those who do not know Jerry Seinfeld or do not know the series, may be found not so much fallen on this album as I and perhaps from a purely musical point of view, his last album more than this. Nevertheless, I give this album 5 stars and am sure that this album will stay until the end of the year under my Top 3 albums in 2015.
