Here is a book that should be well criticized by many "experts". Why? Well it is quite accessible, understandable, no-nonsense and can be simply put into practice in real life. YES management is a difficult job, YES it continuously put us into conflict with our own faults and precisely, here is a book which allows us to correct us in some respects and gives us practical tools and simple and insightful methods. He became my reference to control certain through which were mine but also to understand certain attitudes which we do not always manage to put a name. Ah passage on the "strategic soumi" ... I love.
