The included user manual is rudimentary. It involves a leaflet, which should help to support a start-up. Frankly opens up what is indicated there, even intuitive. But regrettable seems to me still that the more detailed guidance in the network, referred to, as lean fails. Some FAQs and that was it. In my view, too little and therefore a deduction in the evaluation.
No HDMI cable is provided on the one hand not uncommon, even in a product in this price range. Probably is the manufacturer, in addition to cost considerations, assuming that customers who order such devices are equipped. This is not the case, it is first of all go to buy a cable, you want to connect the receiver to the TV set and also use the corresponding menu to set up. To connect conventional speakers and connecting to audio components, it is via cable (CD player) or via Bluetooth (PC, tablet, smartphone) but that is not necessary.
For operation with a Bluetooth device (in this case a Samsung Smaprtphone) I have the app installed SongPal with whom I currently steer the receiver. The initial connection works on NFC (if the station NFC-enabled) and the subsequent coupling works flawlessly.
The build quality is top. The device has a weight of nearly 8 kilograms. The look is neutral by the continuous black. The ads are unobtrusive and the labeling of the controls is more restrained, so you have to look closely to the buttons you all mastered in his sleep.
The sound quality I do not like to finally assess precisely because I still operate at present on the receiver with a significantly slimmed speaker ensemble. Once I Sonicate a surround system so I come back to this gladly.
