Unfortunately, I can not understand the other reviews. By the time the sweat comes, the thing itself sliding down while jogging. You can then tighten again - if there is room for it on the Velcro (already have the small size), it holds back a few minutes. For "active" sports such as basketball, where you jump and a lot sprints and clocking, unfortunately totally unsuitable. I thought the "active" version would be suitable for sports, where you need them. Keep doing at home on the couch or in front of the computer station, but honestly - who needs something ??? An upgrade with significantly more aggressive Velcro would be desirable that other processing is okay, but also helps anyone, unless you want to leave the shin massage.
