Actually, should serve only as a media player ....

I got myself this Blu-ray player, as it can be used as a network player.
The delivery came accustomed quickly via Amazon and immediately after delivery of course I had to connect everything.

First I connected the network cable - and whoosh could be seen in the menu of the LG both my laptop and my externally connected to the Fritz box hard drive.
Navigating laptop and hard drive worked perfectly and all my media files were displayed and played without any problems.
The formats I use exclusively AVI, MKV and MP3. I have not yet had only file that will not play - no matter what resolution the file existed.

The pure function as a BR player I could now also test and can not see anything negative in this case, where BR with me rather to second place - I use it mainly as a media player.

For this purpose, I can recommend it without reservation.
