The light has a street legal. Since you anyway should really have a fixed lighting on a wheel about 11 kilograms, however, this point can usually be ignored anyway.
What bothered me was the fact that the light no charger supplied was included. I have the charger of my old halogen lamp which has only 9V, however, sufficient to load the new lamp. The stated battery life I think is utopian, I would expect about the half, but this in my opinion is still a very, very good value. The lighting is neat, sufficient illumination of a normal cycle path in half the width of an ordinary road lane is completely guaranteed, even when cornering I have no great difficulty. For mountain bikers, however, I would almost buy a stronger model. With the closure of the lamp I had no problems so far, also the screw I've never had to follow suit after two weeks.
Conclusion: I do not regret the purchase, the price is absolutely appropriate for a normal cyclist (daily on a paved bike trail 10 km to work), the lamp is entirely appropriate and has a bright, sufficient light. Due to the traffic license, the light falls naturally not as bright from, such as a device of the Busch and Müller. However, we are moving with this light indeed on a rather lower price level, the light is his money absolute value. I give 4 out of 5 stars because I have tested no reference model and the description did not indicate in advance that no charger is included.
In the meantime, the holder is me broken and crashed the light, although it has many scratches, but work still propagated, a new holder can be ordered for a few euros, this made me very happy because I did not have to buy the whole new light. Also the fact that the lamp has survived the but pretty hard fall I count highly on why the holder is broken, I can not say.
