ADF sensor problem prevented 5 points

Actually, the HP Officejet 6700 Premium is a great device for the following reasons:
- Individually replaceable ink cartridges
-low cost of printing
-wlan-enabled or network-enabled: The queue on the computer with a printer port to an end.
-good print quality
-Druckgeschwindigkeit Good
-Good value for money

Why were distributed only 3 stars?
Unfortunately it was not possible to scan zBBuchseiten because with open or semi-open scanner lid the error message appeared on the screen: "inserted ADF Original". The scan was then terminated with an error message. A replacement unit of HP customer service showed the same phenomenon. According to HP service, this error is due to a design sensitive ADF sensor available that could "tip over" with the flip open. This should not be seen as a defect.
Schade- thus the device is not suitable for my purposes and has been returned.
In this context, the Amazon return service is very customer-oriented to praise with uncomplicated and speedy processing mention-thank you.
