Unfortunately, on that fateful day was March 17, 2014, my right ear has decided to give up the ghost. When I used the reduction of noise, the device emitted unbearable agony crackling. I hesitated to finish, to end his suffering. I have not abused my headphones, despite daily use. Before this incident, we were a very close family. The heavy heart, I contacted BOSE to them of my mourning. If they had the indecency to not send me their condolences, they nevertheless offered me to take another couple of headphones.
