After initial defect properly

Since I have always had nothing but good experiences with Logitech products (mice and keyboards) I expected in this well-made and sturdy Presenter a piece of technology. At my first delivery Unfortunately, I realized that the USB dongle had a loose connection (Checked at 3 laptops).

According to the presenter went back disappointed to Amazon. The exchange went here very easily and quickly, so that I may depart only 1 star for the defective product.

Otherwise this Presenter deserves certainly also 5 star. He is great in the hand and does everything he is reliable and without installations. Just plug in and get started, as I had expected. He feels his forth surface grip and ergonomically and are one and so, even in stressful presentations feeling not to get out of hand. A perfect example of good product design.
