After Sale Service nice!

I used twice in this drive to go surfing. Awesome! However, during his first reload (after both uses), after a few minutes of charging, then the charging is stopped and LED will not turn on the player. Nothing to do! So I wrote an email explaining the fact (also in French and English) and after a few exchanges where communication was clear even in bad French, because the seller is probably Chinese, it offered me the return of the same Article or a refund. I put the max of stars and a positive assessment because I find it really honest though I would have preferred longer sure it works. Thank you
