I bought this piercing outlet configuration to a switch and a router in a network cabinet size to provide 10 "(inch) with electricity. Since the network cabinet depends in no closet, but in a private office and I want to be looking out for that no cable I put a direct power line flush in the closet. The bar comes with a normal plug, therefore, that had from this. When disassembling the bar, unfortunately it turned out that the wires are soldered inside and not attached with a quick clamping system (ferrules, for example). I resorted to thus separate the cable and to connect with the transition terminals Rigid power line to the existing flexible cable. This worked well, in which case it is quite closely inside the housing with the 3 additional terminals. Speaking of housing: Since the image is not just important reading is here is a description .: The case is against my assumption (because of the image) of aluminum gefräßtem and not black (As stated in the title of the article). Only the end caps and the authentics socket inserts are made of black plastic. The production quality can be described as high, everything fits beautifully. I too have the mounting bracket upside down so that the outlets facing the inside of the cabinet, which looks better and I have the power supply from the rear, as it (switch etc.) is always given in the built-in appliances. So no visible cables. Conclusion: quite expensive but solid Processed and works as it should. The sample image could use some updates.
