Fits only after a simple modification

This adapter fit me after (simple) modification.
To this adapter I wanted to connect with an RJ11 connector (assignment International) provided phone cord.
Unfortunately, somehow all these adapters a telecom assignment, so I have this adapter carefully with a screwdriver opened (clip lock) and the assignment on International changed.
The works are good and straightforward to do, if you know to be the result.
Here is my (international) Occupancy:
TAE-F plug RJ11 jack
1 3 (La, red cable)
2 4 (Lb, green wire)
3 5 (W, yellow cable)
4 2 (E, black cable)
(The lines 1 and 6 are in the RJ11 socket not connected)
For the counting, I refer again to the search for the good pictures on the internet (keywords Pin assignment RJ11)

Schön would be a priori "right" Assignment of connector, so a point deduction in the evaluation.
