Again a magnificent Super Mario

I play now for almost 20 years, video games and Mario was and is, therefore, been a constant companion. Of the allersten Super Mario games on the SNES on the revolutionary Mario 64 up to the latest litter Super Mario Galaxy for the latest Nintendo console Wii success.

And I can say one thing with all my heart: Super Mario Galaxy is one of the best Mario games and is probably the best ever.

Especially compared to its direct predecessor GC Super Mario Sunshine, the new part is a real revelation.

Though widely criticized, I find it very good that in the Galaxy of difficulty has been significantly reduced. Finally Super Mario has become mass appeal again. The real revolution thus found in gameplay and control. Especially the gameplay is simply brilliant: Man jumping from one planet to the other, the range of mini-planets in star shape to really big enough worlds, and from galaxy to galaxy. Each galaxy has its own theme (particularly ingenious: the beehive world.) Downright terrific is playing on the many small planets. The controller itself makes a good mix of classic controller-controller and Wiimote-use. The Wiimote is not überstrapziert, you nevertheless feel to use a new type of control. Nevertheless, control goes easy and error-free from the hand - which unfortunately can not be said of all Wii titles. Nintendo knows precisely how they should use their control.

All in all I would give the game 98% - the 2% deduction for the really become very hackneyed plot and familiar enemies. Otherwise absolutely great !!
