Hello own the fry cutter from Leifheit am satisfied so far, but would still like to thin cut fries! A 7mm diameter cut would be worth wishing, for me, unfortunately, is the smallest diameter 10mm. The cleaning is quite simple, as described rinse under running water and you're done. The effort I think is reasonable and not too big. The blade change in itself would also be fine when the mounting direction of the knife would be better marked and described. So you can unfortunately installing the knife wrong if you are not careful, the result unfortunately quickly meshed potatoes or eventuel even a destroyed section of knife.
