Print Quality: Excellent quality for text, good print quality for images, photos are acceptable but obviously they are not perfect.
Scanner: Can scan the computer worm, to a USB stick (no need to turn on the computer) and directly to the email software. Small flat, the "Scan to email" left understand that it is possible to send a scan directly to an email account with no computer required, but no. What we can do is scan directly to a new mail with attachment on computer software.
Hearty: Can make copies of documents (color and B & W) without the need to turn on the computer.
Connectivity: I use the connection via wifi. Easy configuration on Windows 7 64bit. It needs to connect the first time to configure, mas once configured, there is no need to connect it directly to the computer.
Print Speed: A 4ppm for color printing, 16 ppm b & w printing and considerable heating time when starting from the day before, it is not exactly fast, but did the trick for home use, "home office" or small businesses.
Software: Comes with a CD with all you need to configure the printer and start printing or scanner, at least on Windows (I have not tried to configure on other systems). I also configured a Mac (OSX Lion) for printing and scanning via wifi without any worry. And once installed, access to the configuration and printer management console via browser is practical. An application to print or scan directly from a mobile phone or tablet running Android or iOS (iPhone and iPad) is available.
Other issues: The paper tray considerably exceeds the front of the printer when it is loaded. The pictures you see on Amazon represent the printer without paper loaded. The light does not go out when it is idle.
Conclusion: Overall, pretty happy with the acquisition. I recommend.
