First case of damage good, second misserabel

On 16.7, I foolishly left my cell phone in swimming trunks, so it happened that it ended up in the water. As previously at Ergo Direct Called me was equal to sent an email from the nice staff member it. Since everything was still in order.

The very next day my phone was picked up and arrived five days later but it could nothing (although actually takes a package yes no more than three days and as it was brought by UPS actually even shorter but oh well)

Because there is from the company online repair query I have since seen every day whether what happened new. There was that I got an e-mail should be, unfortunately I did not get this. However, I could help the call center after two days someone. On 29 finally came the e-mail that my phone is still shipped this week, if the initial test is passed.

At 06:08 came as a surprise a mail that I unfortunately have to wait because the repair is not complete. Now the question is what do the one week with a smartphone ?!

At 9:08 I signed up again at Ergo, since again a mail has not arrived. On their site you are affiliated with the slogan yes insure is understand-the opinion I am no longer after I called for two days at the call center and just told me was that you would contact me. Unfortunately, neither an email came another call.

Recently I finally got the lost e-mail today. In the stands that my cell phone has a total loss and I get so credited to the residual value. After nearly a month to arrive so the idea that there is a total loss. I've seen the same as was my phone even after dry try not vibrate or anything of himself. After the first loss event worked so well, I thought, that this insurance only as good care of their customers, unfortunately this is not apparently the case.

Unfortunately, some employees were on the phone not as competent as others and the constant excuses why I should wait or that someone would contact me (is what does not happen yes). And the hosts are located so apparently not so sure what they're doing because I have received an email that my device is not shipped in the week to me.

I am now anyway Glad I do not have anything more to do with this insurance (Except that I have to wait for the check!) I now have gained me a cell phone without insurance and will think it over well in my next order where and whether I'm going to take out insurance to.

Meanwhile, the check has arrived (at 13.8) I have the full 90% of the gross purchase price paid devices. All in all, I'm still reasonably happy although it is annoying hinterherzurennen people.

The whole insurance claim retired now from 16.7 to 13.8. So it's almost a full month in which I had to wait.
