Quite a few people seem to have understood the obvious concept of this double CD: It should clearly time are summarized from the 1993 reunion. It is speaking of the doctors that they have not draufgepackt with "Westerland" and "too late" yet just 2 old hits, which, although not at all fit into the concept and even on older Best Of albums were represented, but maybe for a better sales of CD would provide. In addition, the doctors in the 80s more than just 2 hits had. That's generally the great thing about the doctors: Every album, whether from the '80s or from the period with Rod, contains songs that were not decoupled, but are partially better than the singles. Thus, any doctors compilation is for fans of the band first of little interest, because these already have the individual albums usually (should). Ie those Best-Ofs are rather for the opportunity handset. The higher should it deduct from the doctors that they immmer again take the trouble to make this work look for fans: through unreleased versions, rare B-sides and / or great booklet with extensive liner notes. Because you realize that the band here from A to Z in the product was involved and not let as many other performers, a loveless "Greatest Hits" compile Releases and throw on the market for the holiday season quickly.
Only the fact that here in time not directly "Best of shortly after earlier to jetze" was connected, seems a bit confusing, because recurrence of the songs from "Beast" a little unnecessary. But apparently you have preferred to complete to pass the time with Rod Revue - well, that's quite understandable.
Conclusion: "Bäst Of" is once again an absolutely fair deal by the doctors (the B-sides are worth definitely!) And who wants to have a compact cross-section of senior creative phase, grab halt to "The Best of shortly after earlier to jetze" or even better to "Live - After us the deluge", the IMHO best doctors-plate at all with the definitive version of "Too late". And even in these compilations are still missing essential songs like "Camel Rally", "summer, palm trees, sunshine", "Paul", "Forever" or "Wild World".
