On the controversial discussion that was conducted in the media, the (really hope I have expressed myself politically correct) in this Resident Evil part, almost exclusively on black-skinned zombies or opponents procedure is violent, what in Africa also somehow make sense results, I want to take just hereby briefly, and will not have the slightest impact on my rating.
Graphically, the game is indeed a lot of her, but can not be measured by the technically superior shooter genre sizes. Any good shooter, such as Call of Duty includes nowadays, at least in the uncut version, a zombie mode. Why therefore set a Game, which is available as a supplement in better shooters?
Taken Imgrunde the first-person perspective is missing actually only instead of until now, almost all Resident Evil parts, usual third-person perspective on the shoulder of the protagonist to get out of the good old tense Resi atmosphere, a purebred, action-oriented ego to make shooter. If one wants to go for the younger players Community already this path to mainstream action title, then you should do this at least consistently. Here one must also be honest and say that you get a lot of game for your money. The game offers many hours of gameplay (if you do not expect a real Resident Evil), with an excellent staging. The story could not convince me, and splashed all over the game, just as before it.
Of course as Resident Evil fan, this part of the collection is important, but would not have woken up a spin-off as Outbreak and Racoon City such high expectations. So the whole thing is a stale aftertaste. At the current price, however, you can do no wrong, to the price, even if the game did not meet my personal preferences, absolutely justified.
Too bad for the players and for Capcom, who probably hoped by the mainstream Peng, Peng, Egoshootergemeinde higher sales, but so alienated the old faithful old-school fans. As a spin-off from me would certainly be a star have been possible. However, since this is a full part of the Resident Evil series, it stays with my two points in the standings.
