Contrary to what he had done for the first Solo Piano, Gonzales had the good idea of bringing together all the pieces of the album on a single partition. No piece bonus this time (I think Empty music or Take me to Broadway that enriched the previous 2 partitions), but a rigorously faithful to the artist's partition recording. The presentation, as a large format book is very neat. All pieces are within the reach of a confirmed amateur, provided actually to have large hands (thank you arpeggiated chords 'splits' the Debussy, especially in Wintermezzo) and defeat all the little subtleties that punctuate each song in the nature of an improvisation generally difficult to play without fault memory. Gonzales to thank you for the escape in uncommon tones (lunar Curtains minor Eb), to the emotion of Kenaston, tinted Satie Minor blues fantasy, arabesques Venetian blinds, humor Papa gavotte ... Also fun to play than to listen.
