However, this is mainly due to mini-videos that are interspersed between the chapters. Indeed, everything is just action, we never real descriptions. Without Proust, the scene might be dark and / or disgusting, it's hard to get into it for lack of small details. The feelings of the characters are poorly described and physical is never mentioned superficially, with more subjective adjectives (beautiful, unforgettable ...) and concrete (small, voluptuous, rough to ...) Zuiker relies totally on his videos. The example that strikes me most is the case of three teenagers: I do not remember reading in the book the color or the length of their hair, their body size, much less the clothes they wore. Without the video, impossible to get an idea of their appearance and yet, even with the video, I am unable to put a name to a face. Too bad because it undermines the fantasy side of a classic novel; it is attempted anyway but I'm not a fan.
If I have to talk about the content, the way we are introduced to the level 26, I expected much more gore and fortunately for me, this was not the case. Poverty descriptions makes everything much more bearable.
Do I buy next? Probably because I still had a good time. Although I was not thrilled the masses and my stomach remained in its proper place without forcing the sense of urgency has been transcribed and that enough for me.
