I was initially skeptical that hemp protein can convince me taste, as the normal shakes so are quite heavily sweetened and are provided with several flavors.
After experimenting Recently, however, been found that this product can convince fully taste when some trouble is at the preparation - now I would prefer this hemp protein shake every industrially produced.
Only with oat / rice milk convinced me the powder not really know the consistency then has me a little too thin. However, if you a little "tricks" and shake a little confused (especially melting flakes) is the consistency of the very typical protein shake close, creamy and tasty!
I prepare myself following Shake to:
1 tbsp / 13g Hemp Protein
4 EL Schmelzflocken
4 tablespoons oatmeal
1 tbsp hazelnuts
1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 banana
250 ml oat or rice milk
possibly even a teaspoon Kakaopulper
Puree everything and eat after exercise. Genuine Bio-Protein-Shake ;-)
For a muscle-building effect, I can not yet say as much, but you should not make up my mind too many hopes - in addition to a balanced diet is just a good strength training needed to achieve a desired muscle growth. I use the Puler to meet the daily protein requirements for athletes.
