The 17-70er by Sigma covers a very useful focal length range and is very well made. It has a metal body and a quality image with its rings frosted. The image quality is excellent. Even at full aperture, the images are sharp and rich in contrast to the rim, which increases from one stage dimming again. Toll is the very low potential subject distance. It can be so macro photography at a scale of 1: 2.3 to achieve in really great quality. The first copy, however, I had to change because it was off center and produced unilaterally blurred images. With my second copy I am completely satisfied, however.
