According to the new Deep Purple appeared in this month comes from the Madman himself even a Hard Rock Pops first class - super! On this CD pays homage to Ozzy his hero - that only plays cover versions. But they are all so arranged, produced and refined by Ozzy Unna Cham royal institution that one might think almost here Ozzy's new solo Output turns in CD player. 1. "Rocky Mountain Way": it comes as usual cumbersome to, with woody hard (and sauguter) guitar of Jerry Cantrell, former Alice in Chains. In particular, the slide solo is top notch. Ozzy nölt nasally as always and I turn my system first really on. Just to hard rock music has to listen. 2. "In My Life": the first of 2 Lennon cover songs. That one of the greatest influences are the Beatles Ozzy, yes surprised at all - you hear only Ozzy ballads on. Great song by Ozzy still great! 3. "Mississippi Queen": and again soaked Southern bluesy Hard Rock. Actually funny that Zakk Wylde is not playing guitar on this CD. Is not so far from the Pride & Glory stuff away. Whatever - Jerry Cantrell does his job very well. And Mountain guitarist Leslie West provides a super solo. 4. "Go Now": again ne ballad. Does not matter. Also a great song in the usual Ozzy robe. 5. "Woman": Hmmmm - again ne ballad. Power but still nothing! Ozzy sings a love song, and as always, he meets with his voice full of the mark. Although already I find it awesome the third ballad. What else can you chase me with the quiet stuff more ... 6. "21st Century Schizoid Man": Yeeeees. The full board. The Madman sings of schizoid men and makes all HM fans very, very happy with it. Again rather slow - could also be loosely of "Ozzmosis". Excellent !!! 7. "All the Young Dudes": class version of Mott The Hoople classic (and way better than the version of Sharon Osbourne - Intimfeind Bruce Dickinson - although, nothing against Air Raid Siren ;-) 8. "For What It's Worth": Ozzy rocks to relish through this song, which thrives on the interaction between acoustic and electric guitar. Again I hear a certain proximity to Zakk Wylde, Pride & Glory and Black Label Society out - but we had already ... 9. "Good Times": Well, that would not necessarily have to be. Beautifully melodic, but perhaps a bit too pop, right? - Could be a hit in any case. But for me, no climax ... 10. "Sunshine Of Your Love": Brilliant version of the Cream classic. Fits like chalk and cheese. Malicious vocals, hard guitar board, fat drums - and sounds despite his age perfectly appropriate to. Super Production. 11. "Fire": One of the highlights of this CD. The song I was always great, but what Ozzy make of it is no longer of this world. Please, please play live! 12. "Working Class Hero": great ballad - could be a hit. 13. "Sympathy for the Devil": also this classic Ozzy expresses his stamp on, so that one can hardly believe that this is not an original. Hammer! 14. "Changes": Well, the original is of course unmatched - but as a gospel version still quite nice. After Ozzy's so far the only No. 1 hit ... Conclusion: "Under Cover" accomplishes what most cover albums absolutely not achieve: everything sounds homogenous and has the typical Ozzy sound. Perhaps something more quiet stuff on it, but even the soft songs are real highlights. Every Ozzy fan must and all other hard rock fans should access. It is worth it! The dual version, incidentally, comes up with the unspectacular-cute video for "In My Life" on. Ozzy on a park bench than Forrest Gump waste - well. But for there still a 20 minute "private" dinner with Ozzy, Lemmy of Motörhead, Jack Osbourne and a few record companies-fuzzies. And those 20 minutes you let me cry several times with laughter. There are ausgekramt namely old Sex, Drugs & Rock n Roll Stories. For example, explains how Zakk Wylde hinbekam it to be friendly "released" to pay in a 5 star restaurant without. I'm just saying "cork" - Real knorke! It's worth it !!!
