There is no speed control as described in some reviews, was never available.
If you, the device on the floor, it is sufficient not tip over - football but should not play with you.
Heaters are not suitable for heating periods - as much too expensive. At 2 KW about 53 cents energy costs per hour are produced currently.
It is a space heater to quickly bring to a higher temperature so that the normal heating then can take over the duration of heating.
The equipment is sufficient for about 16 m² living space - thus, a longer heating an otherwise unheated small space be made if one wants to pay the costs.
From fan coil units, one occasionally finds the criticism that they stink.
A certain metallic odor when you first use you must accept - stink that is not, however.
Lie in dusty rooms as workshop in the wood dust, dust normal or even fine metal filaments around or in apartments with shedding pets as you should never use heater.
They work like vacuum cleaner - sucking air in order to cool the glowing filaments - which results in the warm air.
Advised animal hair in the fan or another then it stinks. Yes, it is even possible or small flames to flying sparks (metal). In those cases it is better to use a closed radiator.
I am satisfied and would buy the device again. Since I bought the same 2 is likely to be the case in a few years, however, only.
Addendum:
Because apparently some can not measure correctly with regard to the cable length - it is in both of mine bought days ago Equipment exactly 121 cm and is therefore also of other measured values.
For me, this cable length does not matter, it is perfectly adequate - I have outlets everywhere sufficient.
Secondly, longer cable lengths also mean losses in the supply line itself - you'd have a manufacturer then increase the cross-section to avoid any risk to large warming.
For lengths from 2 meters at least 1.5 mm² required, which is much more expensive and there will be moans because the cable is also less flexible then.
