Had the same seller a "party-complete set", which surprised me immensely positive. The lights glow in the dark super, previously used at 100 yet none have expired, the kids loved ...

But here !? Disaster. The Starlights shine weak, partly irregular (how can that ever be?). Conclusion: very disappointing. I do not know whether these things are old, or what it is, but in the state I can recommend this product to.
