Amazon Top, Dolmar flop

This review basically refers to the product!

The E-chainsaw itself is class. But they relatively little power (1800W) has compared to gasoline, they sawed neatly away what. Also hard burl creates the saw if you give her a sharp chain and a little patience.

After a short time they wrote back to me that one should I use for spare parts to retailers with me contact me near.
Ok, I thought, made contact via e-mail to check if something is missing or in stock. After about 3 days with no response, I wrote again to the customer, asking me let get a quick easy solution.
Then they directed me again to retail with the statement: ". So either go or call us directly"

Did not have the spare part given and would have paid, since I was your own fault.

One can now think doing what you want, but I would have hoped that you me an offer or dealer shows where I can obtain the part directly without a longer waiting time to be accepted.

My conclusion: Chainsaw Well, poor customer service!
