There are few books on the error or better, the error structure. The Black Swan (Nassim Nicholas Taleb) Inviting disaster (James R. Chiles), Normal Accidents (Charles Perrow) or Human Error (James Reason), not translated to my knowledge, perfectly fit into the subject. But in all cases, and in particular in the Decisions Absurd, you feel a slight frustration, as if all these authors were missing some of the essential, namely this subtle mixture of momentary blindness, loss of critical and obstinacy in error that look like a nemesis, designed as jealousy of the gods. Understanding the error structure is to predispose to anticipate, avoid it. What should have been the central topic. The descriptive part is well documented. This book is worth reading.
