Musical Ballads - unplugged (Audio CD)

Customer Review

One should not only as a musical enthusiasts have this album in his collection,
but also people with an exquisite taste,
What should regard music to put this beautiful album.

Mark Seibert is a special artist, with a really beautiful voice,
which has established itself in recent years in the German musical scene,
with roles as Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet (Vienna), the Fiyero in Wicked - The Witches of Oz (Stuttgart) or the Ranger in Manitou's Shoe (Berlin).
Currently he can be seen in Stuttgart and afterwards in Berlin as first cast of Galileo in We Will Rock You.
In Winter (2010) are Mark Seibert with three other artists (Jan Amman, Patrick Stanke and Christian Alexander Müller) several concerts under the title "Musical Tenors" among others in Hamburg, Vienna and Stuttgart, which I think you should look at absolutely.

The CD is a very nice mix of well-known and lesser-known piece ends from different musicals such as:
The Count of Monte Cristo, Wicked, We Will Rock You, Rudolf -Affaire Mayerling, Aida and Tarzan.
You get a good insight into the wide world of musicals,
where the pieces, I think, but all are very well chosen,
as well as his duet partner, which are Musical sizes itself.
As Thomas Borchert (She's like the wind), known as Count von Krolock from the musical Dance of the Vampires or many of his solo projects.
Wilhelmijn Verkaik (As long as I've got you, I will be there), known as Elphaba from the musical Wicked.
Ana Milva Gomez (You're my world, through the darkness of the world) known from the Lion King as Nala and Aida as Aida.
And Lukas Perman (Moon River) currently as Alfred in Dance of the Vampires, or also known as the title character Romeo from Romeo & Juliet.
Everything beautiful voices that one remain in the ear.

Are one of my favorite pieces from the album: You are my world, I will be there, Sunset Boulevard and No One But You.
Especially the latter is a very nice version, because otherwise by a woman (of Ozzy) is sung in the play itself, but I have to say that I like it even better in this version.
Just as the piece Sunset Boulevard, which Mark has sung on the Best of Musical Gala 2010 Live, chasing a shower again and again over the back, and a comforting goose bumps.
You're my world, from the piece of Rudolf, which unfortunately was only a short time in Vienna, is one of the jewels of the CD, from a more than wonderful musical.

All in all, this first CD of the artist a special piece of jewelry, which should be in every CD collection.
With me it runs up on the MP3 player on his way to work at the moment and down.
I can put all this CD only his heart, just like Mark Seibert at least once to see live.
