I remember that Soundgarden on MTV's Headbanger's Ball were guests once and the presenter said there that they would find an absolutely great on the band: They would not sexist. Just because I have to think when I heard this piece, and - have seen the video of it - even worse. Chris Cornell throwing everything overboard, for which he has once been and can be integrated in replaceable Dance and Pop rhythms that you have already heard a thousand times and from which protrudes only this unique voice. For me a nonentity and the end of my previous admiration for this exceptional talent. New fans will find Cornell sure hereby, but his music is so so arbitrarily as those of 1000 other stars and starlets that are nowadays played constantly on the radio and of which you will have the most forgotten in 5 years. I can only hope that he gets in his next work to a producer who suits him and I would not even blame him if it would be a real hip-hop album, because that would have at least a chance something to be big. But this is only the negative antipode of songs like: America - This Time Is Love (KLF), Fight for Your Right (Beastie Boys) or Walk This Way (Aerosmith / Run DMC).
