With much of the back, one day I decided to put me in stretching. I started doing research on the Internet (with little success) before going to see absolutely every stretching books available on the shelves of a store. Therefore, it appeared that "Stretching for use" was one of the most serious books to start, at home and at their own pace, a real fitness program. After performing all the exercises of the book following the proposed program, I can say only one thing: the results are there and they are more than satisfactory, both in terms of weight "found" that flexibility and mobility joints. The work of breathing that accompanies the movement is also very effective. A book I highly recommend to all those and all those who are willing to invest in a small fitness program, although with a few clarifications: here is a "real" job daily that it is (if you are not motivated (e), it is better to move on). Some exercises are much better adapted to women's morphology. Finally, it is true that some councils of "lifestyle" are a little boat, but it's really the only negative remark a little I could do to about this book: an EXCELLENT INVESTMENT for those who are loan (s) to wet the shirt a bit to go through! It's really worth.
