And here I cracked! I had to read the last book of the Gospel of the damned before but I started mirror and I could not stop reading!
This book is fantastic, a dive in the heart of the famous "36 dock goldsmiths' race to stop the serial killer leads us into a disturbing world very well described by the author but above presents a series of captivating characters, each in turn five protagonists are the telling of the story.
What I liked about this book is that while leading us into a strange and violent universe where even the reader comes to doubt his own beliefs Alick remains as close to the "human", everything is credible , well explained and above all that we feel the characters live. I was afraid and I suffered with Nicolas, I felt a mixture of hope and despair with Ines, I shared madness of Alexander and the purifier and then there was Axiandre!
This character is beautiful! Throughout history I suffered with her, I hoped, many, his descent into hell boulversée me and I admired his strength of character and his righteousness, and even if sometimes I did not understand or even accepted his actions, thanks to the talent of the author I'm still remained close to her and I can say, even if it scares me a little, in solidarity with its actions!
I recommend this book to all lovers of thrillers and those who do not yet know Alick, this author is a magician, he takes us without our realizing it
on a path that we would never have taken without his talent.
