Very good book for beginners in bodybuilding; beyond being coached by a room in old timers. This book describes a very descriptive anatomical approach the basic movements to be made for a good weight all the major muscles; This description is by muscle group involved in EVERY exercises. Many warnings during exercises to avoid injury. I recommend it to all "young" sport for a better understanding of our body and muscles that compose it.
