This book is a small treasure! There is a number of discussions between Pierre Bourdieu, the most important intellectual of the last 20 years in France, recently disappeared and his most brilliant disciple the young sociologist Loic Wacquant Berkeley. Those who have seen the remarkable "Sociology is a combat sport" will see what I mean. This book is great for two aspects: First it is the best and most accessible of all the introductions at the thought of Bourdieu (all clees concepts are explained with great clarity there) Then it's a manual on how problematize his research project. Reading this book makes me enormously in all areas!
