After about 5 years, the connection cables have to get the sliding contact pins loose contacts. The cables are routed internally without strain relief or Stabiliserungshülsen by metal springs to the contacts and bend relatively indiscriminately, which refer in a dynamic long-term stress through the batteries and insert leads to broken strands. So I replaced years ago already all cables through which larger cross-section. This has held until today 2015th
On the houseboat there is only one 12V power connector. 9 years ago, and 3 years ago I have this charger operated properly with the combination 12V / 230V converter plus this charger. So we could always invite our batteries on holiday.
This year there have been only evil crashing noises and denied the service. At home at the regular 230V outlet then the internal fuse has made "Batsch". The power supply seems over.
Too bad that the power supply has now given up the ghost. The trend is up but away from the German brand appliances :-(
