So, I like this chick who fulfills his role, roasted in the oven almost no fat (by user, my daughter did not turn at all), does not dirty at all, is easy to wash and light to handle, I did that chicken for now, but I feel that the whole roast chicken will come back more often on our table! The meat is cooked, golden and still soft. Better than oven. Small flat, like other users, I find that the cover tends to fall into it if we do not super careful, and especially the finishing enameling leaves a bit to be desired at the handles (small visible days) and it must be the rule for my daughter who purchased the same has the same "defect". So be careful to dry because if there is still water in the handle, it rust. The parade is to give it finish drying in the heated oven, after washing, if you can. Overall, I recommend this casserole.
