After two of our old pots had little rusty spots on the base of the pan, I wanted to stop using and order new pots, each the same size. All other pots of old pots and pans are still okay, so I needed only two single new pots and looked at Amazon, according pots in the appropriate dimensions. This pot, once in 20 and once in 16 cm diameter, was just right. The glass cover is even better than in the old pots, because water collected in the old pots after each rinse button in the lid, which I then had to unscrew every time. I do not have in this cover. :-) There's, as you can see, no button with cavity in which water collects. Even otherwise the pot is of the highest quality. I am very pleased, can recommend it with a clear conscience and would not hesitate to order it again if more pots of our old series break.
