This edition features the original cut of the adventure, which corresponds to the one broadcast in hebodmadaire, namely a series of one plank only 3 strips (to include the title of the newspaper), which is followed by a board 4 strips, with the right "cliffhangers" end board. It therefore differs from the broadcast or album boards invariably 4 strips. There certainly has some gaps that were penciled here replaced with black and white versions, but this is very rare and therefore does not interfere with the reading of this book.
Then the record documenting the adventure presents this story in the context of the time and location of Franquin in writing. It also incorporates additional strips or specific to the album version, like the covers of Spirou magazine related to events of this adventure, this penciled in their version as the color version.
Finally, the icing on the cake. This volume includes a bonus, the two boards gag "Lobster" in his penciled versions; but the short story "Holidays without history" still penciled Version
