Surely a good USB 2.0 hub

The hub measures a little less than 9 cm by 4 with a cable about 30 cm. Note that the latter is fixed to the hub and therefore can not be removed. Aesthetically, the whole is quite successful with a design reminiscent of Apple, based on aluminum and white (sides of the hub, cable). The originality of this hub comes from its shape which offers easy access to 4 USB ports.

Performance-wise, this 2.0 hub is in line with expectations and shows the same transfer rate that without the hub. With USB 2.0, transfers are to 8 MB / s when they reach 28 MB / s with USB 3.0 key. In multiple transfers, rates decrease somewhat without collapsing so far and remain very good. You can charge devices through the many ports. The only problem I had was trying to 4 USB sticks side by side. As inserts the front and not the side, they tend to touch and unless you have super thin keys, only 3 pass. This is certainly a detail because it rarely takes 4 keys on a hub but I prefer clear.

In short, this hub fulfills his promises, notably with a good cable length. However, it is for its design and its original shape we can be tempted by this hub that premium wants. I recommend.
