I bought this USB 3.0 HUB for my Macbook Pro because the laptop by default only 2 USB 3.0 ports offers. Since that is sometimes in mice and various external drives too little, I decided due to the many positive reviews of this model.
The build quality is really very nice. The surface is made of brushed aluminum and the sides made of white plastic.
It is a white connecting cable. It matches optically the Macbook. The 4 USB slots are too tight in the housing. Nothing wobbles or rattles. The USB connector will be pressed with a bit more pressure in the slots. Then hold bombs but firmly, so that you need have no fear that a plug dissolves accidentally.
With its very compact dimensions, it is the ideal traveling companion.
