Incredibly easy to use and maintain, once you've experienced assays (those of the booklet are only indicative, but not far from reality), you can not do without. Put the rice, add water or broth, go twice toss a little, and voila. No burnt rice, no pan soak. A good product at a great price. Buy it eyes closed.
