Animal Boy

I can not believe it really. The very long in Germany extremely difficult-to-get LP "Animal Boy (1986)" is to have you back! And I hold them in my hands. Produced by Jean Beauvoir, claiming at the evil tongues, he had too many synthesizers and keyboards in the Ramones songs used!
The opening track "Somebody Put Something In My Drink" has a cool text and goes just like the song "Animal Boy" quickly into his ear. With "My Brain Is Hanging Upside Down" one of the best Ramones songs is represented, the Dee Dee, Joey and Jean Beauvoir wrote to the then US President Ronald Reagan!
My personal favorite song on the CD is Joey's "Mental Hell", which I also the love song "She Belongs To Me" solitary class find!
The CD is quite varied for a record of the Ramones and is underrated in my opinion too much. Many have always said this LP would be absolutely bad.
I do not think so personally absolute! A good mix of 80 years- rock, 60s rock 'n' roll and punk is present and I like only two song not ("Eat The Rat" and "Freak Of Nature"). And the producer Jean Beauvoir has not too many synthesizers / keyboards used (only in 2 or 3 songs). Maybe you have the CD also often only hear the songs to go into the ear right! Currently one of my favorite Ramones discs!
