annoying quirks

Have the phone about a year ago bought when my first "smartphone" and have to say that I would not buy it again. Actually I wanted to use the phone for a long time - now I'm already looking for a new one.

The touchpad responds very cumbersome and the service is very used to. Several times it is already happened to me that the alarm clock (although asked) has not rung. Another weak point is that the phone sometimes very quiet and almost no rings, although full volume is turned up - I do not know why this is so far.

What I feel also very disturbing is that the device Low battery suddenly suddenly off - usually without any premonition. One hatnoch two strokes at the battery charge indicator and the next moment the phone is off and can no longer even turn on. Very practical!
