If you tell yourself that you could possibly have some small or big things to change in your education, I recommend this book. It describes a way to educate respectful of the child and the parent .... This book tells of life episodes of families whose moms will workshop the parents with the psychologist Haim Ginott (dads also go a few times in the workshop dads). You can take a look on wikipedia to see what are the basic principles of Haim Ginott. Episodes of life of the families are very realistic and not the behavior of children nor the parents' reactions, are embellished, you will find very often. Analyses that made the narrator are very accurate. This one challenges and this is probably what enables him to successfully change slowly, but surely the behavior (such as your perpetual whining for example) to his children that are caused by certain repetitive reactions of parents. Reading this book and "Parents effective" Gordon, I'm questioning my vision of education that was given to me by my parents. This pleases me because I felt it did not suit me. These two books give me tracks and make me freer.
