Contrary to a previous comment, I will leave five stars to this new novel by Pierre BORDAGE; me is for the "Brotherhood of the Panca" I have not hooked ... Unless it is a blessed yes yes or unconditional, which is not better, it is not obliged to adhere to all the work of an author. As for saying that it looks like "The Road" Cormack MC Carthy, in some ways it's safe (if only as wandering in the company of a child) but as in Route there really wandering in the Fire of God Franx has a goal: to return to his family and his home he has prepared for this night of time. May he encounters along the way as unsavory as McCarthy's novel is not surprising: we surely would resume (for the survivors I hear) our animal instincts if such a disaster occurred. For those interested in the subject, I would refer also to the novel by Robert Merle "Malevil" although I think it has aged a little. That of Curling is very present and even if all aspects of the subject have not been mentioned (fortunately there is room for other talented writers on this subject) and Pierre Planking has already given the subject with "The Last Men " Be aware that as in each of his novels, Pierre BORDAGE continues to believe in the man and in his original goodness, that if he does not adhere to any particular religion, it recognizes their virtues, he is wary all scientific and leaves an important part in the extra-sensory, others will say to the irrational. Personally I will keep this novel in my library. and I much prefer the fiction "Space-Opera".
