Have tried for the first time these tablets. I have consumed much candy and have to say that the cravings for sweets has declined. However, I have to be very disciplined to stick to my plan to further decline. I do not like "quick fix" method, rather slowly, but steadily. For savory things there where smells play a role, I have to overcome my weaker self soon enough to not cram into me. To what extent am I can not say support tablets. But it works anyway, in any case my candy consumption has been drastically reduced. And that's already something.
