The apple harvest in 2014 has been very generous. In order to make up the apples and juice, had a juicer ago. (So far, we have only made apple juice). On the juice surface, a more or less thick layer of foam (crema) that can be communicated well then drink forms; it tastes just as good as the juice itself. Anyone who does not like to wait until the foam subsides, or skim it and dispose of, but this would waste. The juicer is easy to clean, but - is not done in five minutes - especially if you do it thoroughly. The juicer is no lightweight and requires a correspondingly large footprint (45 x 25cm and 40cm in height). This makes him only limited suitable for small kitchens.
