Appliance supplied broken in its original box

As reported by some buyers, yet very little compared to many fully satisfied buyers ... which put me in confidence ... I received an apparatus having a clean break at the rear protective plastic ball . Nothing to do with the packaging that it was in perfect condition!
The waffle iron is of course unusable and was returned immediately. Unfortunately there is not exchangeable and the new price is 40.00 Euros higher than the original price paid! In these circumstances, I am obliged to renounce this purchase which nevertheless seemed perfectly match my needs. Be therefore wary or at least attentive!
