The original package can be initially feared that the device with its at least 20kg is not really to use mobile. While unpacking but delighted once the perfect packaging - and carried on the handle, the device feels much lighter than it is. Frequent position changes are for waterworks also not really the norm. In spring out, in winter, ideally pure, ready. To connect: it is a pleasing long 230V mains plug connected properly. The connections for suction and discharge lines are executed in 33,3mm (R1IG), from promising plastic with an inlay made of stainless steel. Even Grobmotoriker these connections can blow hardly. But I recommend using some Teflon tape and only hand-tightening. That's enough at the operating pressure and facilitates disassembly. On the generous connections should connect anything smaller than 3 / 4in, not 'neuter' the excellent performance of the pump. The Operation: The manual includes 5Seiten. Perfect! And that's enough! Super simple to use. The pump sucks the water from a depth of up to 8m independently on. Very pleasant. It makes sense, however, at the end of the suction hose with a small protective hood check valve anzusetzen.Kostet about 10 - but easy on the integrated pre-filter and the suction times can be reduced considerably. About half of the volume of the pump takes the whopping 20 liter pressure vessel. Through this generous volume and the appropriate set points of 1.5 and 3.0bar one experiences a similar provision as directly from the tap. Similarly, because: better :-) The pump delivers good 4000l / h, when the suction hose is run in 1 inch and two common-20m garden hoses (1/2 inches) on the pressure side. Now that's significantly more than our water pipe will bear in the garden. Serviceability: Ideal. Filter is easy to clean, pressure vessel can be pushed down by air (as in heater expansion tank), water drain plug is located at the lowest point, connecting tube is stainless steel reinforced ... Good equipment that is fun! :-)
